Soft Contact Lenses

Soft contact lenses bring many advantages and can now be designed in more ways than ever before.  They can be fit as traditional daily wear lenses designed to last an entire year or disposable lenses designed to last only one day or up to three months.  They can be designed for astigmatism, dry eyes, overnight wear, bifocal, eye color enhancing or eye color changing.  Specialty soft contacts can also be designed when necessary.  Please see our “Specialty Contact Lens” section for more information. 

We have hundreds of diagnostic or trial lenses for same-day dispensing.  Boxes of  lenses that we have in stock for same-day dispensing include:  Acuvue 2, Acuvue Advanced, Acuvue Oasys, Proclear, Purevision, Extreme H2O, Biomedic XC, Frequency 55, and Frequency 55 XC.  We can get any other brands as quickly as in 1 day and can mail them to you.    

Rigid Gas Permeable Lenses 

Rigid Gas Permeable (RGP) contact lenses bring with them distinct advantages as well.  They can be designed for daily or overnight wear, for astigmatism, dry eye, and as bifocals.  Because RGP lenses take time to design and order, we have many in our office to loan until yours arrive.  Specialty RGP lenses can be designed for atypical corneal issues as well.  Be sure to check the “Specialty Contact Lens” section for more information.

Some brands of RGP lenses that we design include:  Menicon, Boston, Flouroperm, Paragon, Hybrid FS, and Optimum Comfort.
